Beverly Sage

A native of Pennsylvania, it was Beverly Sage’s love of fashion that launched her modeling career at the age of 5. Through her years as a model, she experienced the fashion meccas of Paris and New York, eventually settling in Miami where she continued to walk the runway. While modeling, Beverly honed her fashion and business skills, attending the University of Miami and graduating from International Fine Arts College (IFAC), now known as Miami International University of Art and Design. In 1984 Beverly set aside her own career as a model and opened Runways, a model agency representing women and men for runway and showroom work in the south Florida area. Since its inception, Beverly and Runways have been committed to serving the community as one of the initial sponsors of the Fashion Targets Breast Cancer with Saks Fifth Avenue, providing professional models for their national event. Now known as Key to the Cure, Runways maintains its involvement. Since 2005, Runways has worked closely with Day of Caring, training Breast Cancer survivors to walk the runway and comport themselves as professional models with all the grace and attitude that continues to make their fashion show event so successful. As it is now known with the addition of its print and television divisions, Runways/The Talent Group, under Beverly’s direction, remains a leader in the model agency and fashion industry, working with clients worldwide.
